Architectural Experience

Expert 48  has specialized in residential design and construction since 1976.  He has designed hundreds of living units,  both multi and single family projects in and around southern California.  He has also designed commercial and industrial buildings locally and in Nevada.  Expert 48 is intimately familiar with frame and  concrete construction.  Additionally, he is a licensed general contractor and has built several hundred living units, attached and detached, in numerous projects in the Southern California area.

Forensic Experience

Expert 48’s forensic experience includes defect investigations of commercial and religious buildings, single family homes, subdivisions and large scale condominium projects. He has been involved in over one hundred fifty expert witness engagements relating to construction or design defect issues.   Expert 48 has prepared repair recommendations and has supervised the preparation of trial exhibits including animated video, models, and display boards.  He has been deposed on numerous occasions and has testified at thirteen trials and one arbitration.
