A consultant with extensive experience in business development, operations, marketing and management of heart programs and health care systems. She has worked both domestically and internationally in the analysis, design and implementation of inpatient and outpatient services, technology evaluation and recommendation, and contract negotiation of capital equipment and supplies. She has successfully planned and implemented multimillion dollar health care ventures working directly with physicians, administrators and other related business sectors. She is currently President of GHS. She previously has worked as Network Director for Columbia/HCA, Southwest Florida Division and Business Development Director for Columbia Regional Medical Center Southwest Florida, Fort Myers, Florida. She also served as an appointed member the Columbia Cardiovascular Management Network Excellence Panel, an advisory and strategic planning group for heart programs company wide. She has consulted on new and existing heart program and other business development projects in the U.S., Germany, Italy, Iceland and China. Marilyn has authored several publications and reports pertaining to domestic and international health care business development, medical laser technology and heart centers. She is a frequent guest speaker and a member of World Future Society. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Cardinal Stritch College, Milwaukee, Wisconsin and a Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University School of Business, Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
