Certified Industrial Hygienist and Master Level Certified Hazard Control Manager with over 30 years of experience. This experience includes numerous forensic studies, including sick building syndrome, asbestos analysis, and airborne contamination studies.

Some of the specific studies and tasks which have been performed are:

Participated in EPA Emergency Response Team efforts for monitoring episodes of airborne toxicants by providing health and safety guidance to team members.

Forensic studies involving cleanup procedures for contaminated buildings, building contents, structures and soils.

Forensic investigations into reported problems in educational occupancies.

Developed and implemented a comprehensive Health and Safety Program for multi-site operations involving chemical carcinogens, addressing both occupational and environmental control.

Developed a system for assessing the extent of worker hazard in laboratory facilities.

Conducted field survey operations to implement industrial hygiene programs.

Participated in defining allowable exposure standards for chemical substances prior to promulgation of OSHA regulations.

Developed Procedures Manual and Personnel Training Program for support of industrial hygiene field workers.

Supervised analytical chemistry laboratory for performing environmental and industrial hygiene chemistry; secured AIHA accreditation laboratory.

Developed sampling and analysis procedures for trace level organic and inorganic materials.
