Responsible for formulation, implementation and management of the psychiatric component for a large Home Health agency. Duties included operational and clinical management of (6) psychiatric nurses. Served as manager delivering skilled nursing and clinical intervention on a (26) bed Psychiatric (Locked) Intensive Care Unit. Completed staffing and nursing assessments as needed.
