1999-2001, D. J. Maltese Company, Michigan, Vice President of Operations, Report to President & CEO.

Achievements: Established: 1) First Annual Corporate Budget, 2) Staff Training & Development Program, 3) Safety Training Program, 4) Safety Manual, 5) Budget Outcome Reporting monthly per project (budget previously audited at project completion only), 6) Upgraded Staff through selective reduction and new hires.

Contract with clients, draft Bid Packages, front end documents, prepare baseline schedule, oversee updates, solicit, receive, and analyze bids, negotiate subcontracts, manage project, invoicing, invoice approval, payment collection and disbursements. Act as Senior Estimator on Lump Sum bids. Carry multi projects responsibility insure MBE /WBE goals achievement. Recruit new employees both entry level and professional. Lead company effort to develop Operations Policy Manual.
